Account Activation Questions

Here are some frequently asked questions and answers about activating your account. Keep in mind that you can check the activation status of your account by going to ‘Profile‘ > ‘Account Activation‘ when logged in.

Why do I have to activate my account?

We need to make sure that you are the real owner of the email address you provided when you signed up. We will also be sending you important information about your account to your email address.

How to activate my account?

When you are logged in click or press on ‘Profile’. After that click or press ‘Account Activation’. After that click or press the Resend Activation Email button and we will send an email to your email address with instructions on activating your account.

I am not able to activate my account when I click the activation link in the email you sent

Inside the email we sent you there will also be an activation code. Insert the code here.

I am not receiving the activation email you sent

Double check that your email provider did not flag the email we sent as spam. This normally involves checking your spam folder from your email program.
